A Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from a professor, mentor or a superior is also required. LOR forms can be downloaded by clicking the icon below.
Accomplished Letters of Recommendation form must be sent to the organizers via e-mail directly by the person recommending with the same subject and file name: AYF12_LOR_COUNTRY_LASTNAME to apply@asianyouthforum.org. All CVs and LORs may be sent in .doc or .pdf format only. Recommended photo file is .jpg/.jpeg.
